Monitoring Report

Monitoring Report

The purpose of a monitoring Report is to make sure that project activities are implemented the way they are described in the plan. It normally involves meeting with the people running the project, meeting with the participants, and observing the activities.

At the end of a monitoring visit, it is important to prepare a report that describes what you found. These reports will document any discrepancies between the plan and actual implementation, as well as improvement made by the project team.

Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS) always focuses on monitoring reports at the end of the project. This makes it possible to meet the set targets of the project and make full use of the knowledge gained to work on the next project. Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS)  uses various forms for monitoring reports. A sample of it is attached.
