Code of Conduct:

This Code of Conduct is designed primarily to project children, however it also serves to guard representatives from false accusations, and the name and reputation of  Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS)

Major areas :
All Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS)’s staff will understand the matters and policy and Their ability to respond to keep safe and abide  by following Code of Conduct.

All Polly Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS) staff is responsible for encouraging and promoting the dissemination of the Code of Conduct.

Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS)’s staffs that are closely working with partners are also urged to encourage these partners to adhere to the standards set in the Code of Conduct and to join Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS) staff in upholding them.

In line with the Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS)’s Policies, the adherence to this Code of Conduct is mandatory for all Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS)’s representatives. Any violation of the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary procedures which may include legal action where the severity warrants it.

Contribute to create and/or uphold an environment where children are listened to and respected as individuals and which is safe, positive and encouraging to them.

Use positive, on-violent methods to manage behavior.
Respect dignity and needs.
Relationship with children should not be developed in a way that can in any way be deemed exploitation or abusive.

Overall Protibandhi Unnayan Sangstha (PUS)’s commitment relating to her policies is strictly followed. All are kept safe. The beneficiaries are well protected and explicitly prohibited from engaging in any activity that may result in any kind of Abuse.
